		<description>If I remember right, the theme of 2008 was Disillusionment, which I have to say was right on the nose, though pretty rough, and I have a feeling that in 2009 action will find you whether you go looking for it or not, so Heavy, for me, is less about preparation and more about commitment. There&#039;s no getting around it, so you might as well go all the way. That kinda makes it sound like High Noon, tho, but then that&#039;s pretty Heavy, so maybe that fits. I am merely the messenger!</description>
